ANIEKIN hair dryer is a high-power hair dryer. It has two working modes: 1200W and 2100W. The machine uses AC and DC series motors as wind power, so the wind is strong and the heat is sufficient. And the machine also has a negative oxygen ion generator, which can make the blown wind produce a fresh feeling. For easy use and maintenance.
Now according to the actual object, its working circuit is shown in the attached figure.

Circuit Analysis

The various functions of this type of hair dryer are controlled by the K1-K4 switches in the figure. K1 is the main power control switch. Put K1 in the ON position to turn on the main power.

K2 is the circuit total power (motor air volume and heater electric heat) adjustment switch. When K2 is closed (r gear), the AC power supply is fully supplied to the load end through K2. If only "cold air" is needed, switch K4 can be open and the heating wire is not connected.

So the fan blows out only general cold air. When hot air is needed, close K4. After the heating wire 2 is powered on and heated, it heats the airflow in the wind tube. That is, weak hot air will be sent out. Because the heating wire in the machine is designed as two groups, the hot air can be adjusted by the K3 switch to complete the "large and small" heat adjustment; when K3 is closed (connected to the max gear), the two groups of heating wires heat together to blow out strong hot air.

If the wind and heat are required to be weaker in actual use, the total power adjustment switch K3 can be disconnected (transfer to the "2" gear), and the diode D is connected in series to the circuit. The power supply is rectified by D half-wave, and the motor and heating wire parts only get a pulsating DC working voltage of 220x0.45=99V. The load power working state will be reduced to less than half of the full power.

The negative oxygen ion function of this machine is controlled by a light touch button switch AN on the casing. When AN is pressed, a small negative ion generator circuit module in the machine is powered on, and then the two high-voltage wires output on the module are transmitted to the electrodes set in the casing for discharge. Ionized air is generated and blown out with the wind. At this time, the blue LED lights up.
